Wyboo Plantation Home Owners Fees

Homeowners Association Dues

All property owners pay $425.00 per year per lot for the physical year (April 1—March 31) for use of the community center, swimming pool, tennis courts and upkeep of the communities common areas.

Pine Lake property owners pay an additional $100.00 for upkeep of the common areas in the Pine Lake Subdivision.

Lawn Maintenance

As an owner of an unimproved lot  one must:

  • -Maintain the lot yourself

  • -Arrange for a neighbor or other entity to maintain your lot

  • Contract with the WPOA to maintain your lot at a fee of $250.00 a year per lot  (for more info contact the Managers Office 803-478-8688).

Patio home owners will pay $75.00 per year for irrigation  to WPOA

Boat Slips

Owners of the deeded Lake Arbu boat slips pay $50.00 a year for power and upkeep of the slip.

 

Property owners and slip owners on Lake Arbu, North Lake, and South Lake pay $50.00 a year for maintenance of the boatlift that allows access to Lake Marion.

 

Owners of the deeded Block C boat slips pay $100.00 a year for maintenance of the basin, power ramp equipment and pumps.

 

New Construction

The Architectural Review Board will collect $3,000.00 (a one time fee) when house plans are submitted for approval.  This fee is for the Plantation Road System Fund to continue the upkeep of roads and will be refunded if plans are not approved.
